We still have not received the title to our boat although it was paid-off 10 months ago. Also, the surprise $3,000+ payment was not appreciated 1 week before Christmas. (Payments were normally $500)

Too many debit cards closed and re-issued due to being scammed. Leaving me with the headache to contact all my automatic drafts accounts to update on new debit card information.

Your agent suggested I resolve it myself. I realize the vendor was a third party vendor and knew I was at fault.

Smart Financial always make my day, friendly, courteous, professional customer service. I've been a member of this bank for a long time, evening when staff move on and see new faces. It is a great bank to do business with. And, I have told many of my friend to check it out, they want me disappointed.
