Inconsistent service. Seems only when one withdraws a large amount of money will one get more inviting, enthusiastic customer service. Also I recently closed an account and was initially told I’d have to pay to receive those funds. I felt like my money was being ransomed. That was the WORST!

To fox the way we would have to make a car payment. You should be able to log in click your payment and pay it. NotLog in then transfer money to your account, then log in transfer money to your account again because you have a limit of 500 per day. Then log in after several more days and transfer your money that you put in there to the account to pay your car note. Horrible

Getting cash or any transactions using a teller takes way too long to complete. I like it better to have the person in the bank. Also, I have Zander Insurance ID Theft monitoring. It takes a long time to connect my SFCU accounts, and I must relink it each day. None of the other 6 accounts I have at other institutions does this. One and done and connected. I might be forced to go to a local bank which I don't want to do.

Rep kept cutting me off while I was trying to g to speak and did not resolve my issue. No empathy in dealing with with this rep.

online banking _ when I pay online, the info about past payments dates, amounts is NEVER correct. How can one trust you if you can’t keep my banking info up to date

The agent was very kind ,patient and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised 😮.

You could improve by having Human tellers in person. I have to notify the front desk why I am at the branch and then either wait for a virtual teller or banker.
