Waiting on call back about my issue.

My card needed to be canceled, and he said I could use the new one in my iPhone wallet. I cannot use it until I have the hard copy, because the virtual one lacks some information. Challenging when trying to pay my bills. The money taken out has not been credited to my account yet either. Another challenge.

Very upset with the fraud department have people do not understand English perfectly kept asking me questions about a dollar and told me I needed to give the information and I told him I did not have my receipts on me. Wait till I get home they call me and I talk to them at one and they’re telling me about some fraud about a one dollar When I went out of town. I’m a truck driver and I need my card. I put gas in every other day $100 and then I called and talk to someone there they fraud department they don’t understand me it’s from foreign accent and what they do they canceled my card. I called the branch office and they tell me Mr. you need to call them back because if you don’t within 24 hours, they will cancel your card. I called the four hours later and they told me my car had been canceled so Smart financial y’all need to stop sending the people that don’t understand English perfectly. You can call me anytime at 281-865-7458 cause I am very disappointed in y’allbecause now two days now I’m driving without a credit card and my gas and work was slow but it’s picking up and I had to provide for my family and I am a senior citizen very disappointed

I was told that the representative will call me back yesterday for a time-sensitive issue, but never received a call back.
