I don't think Tracy has anything to do with the problem. I called because I discovered that my CD was not showing up on my statement each month. I got three emails telling me thanks for my email asking for help and to not send in multiple emails. I called the next day and I guess that's when I talked to tracy and she said she told The supervisors the problem and they are going to call me. Nothing has happened.

I called several times about this issue. Told to just forget about some documents requested, twice again I was told the fraud claim for $55. would be resubmitted, due to case closed. l have not been told anything at all.

Called because there was a hold on my tax refund, told it was the IRS holding it until 18th and lo and behold it was released early … because I called, because it was held for another reason …. Go figure
