It would be nice if the Smart financial credit Union locations had a live teller, at least one at each location. The automated tellers are efficient and I am probably dreaming to think you would put a life teller at each location. But no matter how courteous, fast, engaged the auto tellers are, it does not beat having a warm body onsite. And yes, I know that there are people in each location, but they are not the tellers that service directly.
