Why should I have to wait and get my funds on the third when I get paid on the first of every month for the past 28 years? My coworkers that bank with other banks get their funds the day before some times two days before.

Out of nowhere fee's, unclear added fee's as well. Stolen money.Also, I did not receive my vehicle's original title once paid off. They of course invented they did send it but as expected"Do the online petition to receive your title copy"Bad bad bad. Bad experience.

Why when I try to send money to my son it says my limit is ZERO DOLLARS?????Also I cannot do a MOBIL DEPOSIT of a check I received. My brother who also banks with you does not have these problems

Going on line is not user friendly for me, as it is difficult because I do not go online except once every 6 months or so . I am cut off automatically, and have to re-register when I do go on. I have chosen to do on line banking with other entities, who make it easier. Discover on line is a great example. Also, your interest rates remain low on savings accounts, when others can give so much more.
