Always excellent service. This is why I have stayed with Smart Financial all these years. Alejandra was very professional and kind. I could have solved my issue through the app but at the time I did not realize that. She helped me and did not make me feel foolish. I apologized but she was gracious and willing to help me any time. I never hesitate to call because I know I will be well taken care of. This is not the norm with most institutions I deal with. Communicate with the other people in your office. I was simply returning a call from Smart. She didn’t know anything about it and said no one, according to her records, had called me for months. She stated I was probably spoofed by someone using your number. That does happen but not in this case. The person with Smart trying to contact me did finally reach me. Communication between departments is crucial to run a company smoothly. Do better!
