This experience was very helpful; however I had originally submitted a request for a Hurricane Beryl loan, it took days to weeks for a response. Once a response was received, I missed the call and returned the call the following day. That person never responded to my several voice messages. When I called the direct number and commented on the situation, the person answering the main line was extremely helpful and found me a representative immediately. She was super helpful and guided me through my options.

I felt like I was updated in a timely manner and that smart financial was there for me at a difficult time. Thanks for being there during this unexpected set back.
