I did not find a way to apply for a loan once I was logged into my account. I had to logout and apply from SFCU homepage. If there was a way to apply once logged in, there would be a way to communicate throughout the process instead of having to move to telephone.

I was assisted by Guillermo Rivas and was extremely satisfied.

The only confusion was when the loan specialist miss quoted the interest amount (5.99%) on the second phone call which I thought they had said 6.99 the day before. I got my hopes up on the lower number but it ended up being 6.99% on the final paperwork. No hard feelings though. I still agreed to the loan.
