Lakendra was absolutely amazing with my problem. She was so polite and friendly and that put me at ease. She seemed knowledgeable and wanted to confirm the problem and answer before explaining it to me. She is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Your external funds transfer limits are way too low. I recently wanted to transfer $1,400 to my high yield savings account at another institution. I had to break the transfer into 3 transactions—I’m sure I looked like an idiot to the other institution. My other alternative would be to go to a branch—which is in a high school!!—and do a wire transfer, and be charged a fee for doing so. I almost quit Smart Financial over this.

In the last two days I contacted Fraud department and I had to contact customer service twice. The first customer service person does not appear to have resolved any issue the per I contact today appears to have resolved my issue.
