I was force to open a new account due to an unclear insurance offered by you back in 2023. It is not clear for me how this insurance was offer and most important why? By who ? I am still waiting for answers. Thank you

It was a very pleasant experience. Quinteria was supported by other senior staff with opening up a child's account. She was able to expedite the process in a very short period of time, even though we were dealing with multiple changes and accounts. She handled the process very well.
