The manager who signed the cashier check was rude by asking me multiple times what was the purpose of my withdrawal. That was totally inappropriate and unprofessional.

Perhaps a more courteous and respectful approach could be used by supervising staff when interacting with clients. I respect rules, but I am not always given that regard. I have experienced this many times at Snart Financial Credit Union. What I experienced during my visit was unnecessary. When attempting to deposit an insurance check I felt that I was being treated as a thief. I have a long history with the credit union, dating back to the 1990's. I am still pondering over my experience, inspire of being cleared for deposit.
