The personal touch when Mi noticed I was there and she reminded me that one of my CDs was in renewal period and assisted me to increase the amount. She also let me know about the balance transfer loan. I don't need that service but will remember her helpful offer.

No, actually I think Smart Financial and the group there at Lamar high school are very nice considerate and helpful. Love the students who work as tellers. They are very smart very kind and a great experience all around.!!!
