Perhaps a more courteous and respectful approach could be used by supervising staff when interacting with clients. I respect rules, but I am not always given that regard. I have experienced this many times at Snart Financial Credit Union. What I experienced during my visit was unnecessary. When attempting to deposit an insurance check I felt that I was being treated as a thief. I have a long history with the credit union, dating back to the 1990's. I am still pondering over my experience, inspire of being cleared for deposit.

The website and mobile app could be more user-friendly and easier to navigate. It would also help if the payment methods were simpler and more flexible, as making payments or managing accounts can feel unnecessarily complicated at times. Improving these areas would make the overall experience much better.

Mi went above and beyond--I had been looking for a specific model car which took a substantial amount of time to locate. Mi checked with me regarding progress avery couple of days--she is fantastic.

Nothing to add to make my experience better.. it was a great experience overall!! Especially considering the time of my arrival minutes away from closing! Kiran understandably needed to close out her drawer , she was a bit short but still courteous!! However I was also assisted by Jessica (not sure of last name) due to my situation and she was extremely courteous!! 😉
