I enjoy the consistency of helpfulness, friendliness, efficiency and the accuracy of each visit. That is very unusual these days and I am ecstatic that finally there is a financial institution like Smart Financial to be able to assist people and treat their customers like me with respect at all times.

I went through the third degree, to deposit 2 large checks, I felt I was treated like a criminal. The manager had to go back into my history of deposits, checking things over and over. Didn’t want to release funds for some days, I had money to cover the full amount in my savings, the manager wanted to put the money where she wanted to. I insisted to her where I wanted the money to go, finally after nearly 45 minutes to and hour she did what I asked. I should not have to go through this kind of treatment with my credit union I’ve been a part of since 1998‼️unfair treatment
