I used to be able to apply online and would receive an approval quickly. Now you can't apply online. I had to go into a branch to apply. She was great to work with but having to drive to a branch, etc., it took much more time than the previous ability to just apply online.

I have been a Smart Financial Credit Union member for many many years. From day one I was treated with the utmost respect and care no matter which branch I visited. I had my best experience at the 1960 and Grand Parkway Marketplace location. My advice is to keep doing what you're doing for your customers!

better phone call service i think. i try to call the specific location / branch near me. an operator answers and tries to connect me to location, doesn't work last few times ive tried. texting and calling my specialist has been smooth
