Honestly this was the best experience I have had with Smart Financial lending department. It was very quick and easy. Rates are just the downfall at the moment.

I have been a member with Smart since about 1993. I switch to a new account because it was my only option based on my current situation. I was extremely dissatisfied with the time I had to wait to final meet with a member client specialist. Anyone other than me would have probably left and gone to another credit union. Thanks

Not sure if Smart Financial offers auto loans after hours, customer service. It would be a great.
