The person who helped me was NOT Jeremy. Her name was Ashlyn. However, she did not inform me of the different loan options and told me that an equity loan and a mortgage were the same thing and advised me not to do it.

I wanted to ensure your company was aware of how absolutely fantastic this individual was to deal with.
