I am dissatisfied that I did not get anything in writing about my percentage rates after I was approved. I was quoted 4.2-4.7% by Alyssa, but when I found the care that I wanted, the rate changed to 6.99%. I chose the car I wanted, in good faith , based on information that was given to me be a Smart Financial representative. I feel like I was given the bait and switch because when I asked for the first quoted rated I was told that was no longer the process.
