Nothing to share to make it better at this location. I go there at least twice a month. I did have problems at the 1960 locations. Services there were not friendly and didn’t offer help. Instead sent me to the video chat member.

Been with this credit union since 2001. Wishing the merger with another entity to mean that Smart FCU will remain, if not, go from strength to strenght. Thank you to Theresa Barnard who took care of my accounts since 2001 and has moved on to another state. I am certain that Mr. Heisman McDaniel will be just as great, if not even GREATER!!! Grateful! If they would issue the Credit cards at the Bank if one has been stolen or lost on the spot like they used to that would make things much easier than waiting to receive one in the mail
