Mrs. May was extremely helpful and while we were talking, I told her about my homeowners' insurance issue, and she gave me the number to your insurance dept. Sadly no one has reached out to me after I left a message with my contact information.

I wonder, when there are 3 or 4 managers sitting in their office without a client and only one teller with 4 or 5 customers waiting in line; why can’t one or two of these employees come out and wait on those customers.
