Great customer service.

I don't recall anyone named Jenny. Maybe she was at the TC Jester location. She was polite and professional. However, a teller named Cheelsea several weeks ago was very rude at the Hwy 45 and FM 1960 location. I wanted to make 4 separate transaction withdrawals. She insisted on putting them all together. I told her no, I wanted each one separate, but she got her way. She was rude and doesn't know how to treat customers. I can deal with only one transaction at a time not several. This has happened to me several times with certain tellers. It's frustrating and I don't know how they were hired.

Both employees made my visit very comfortable, and the service was a lot quicker than I anticipated. I'm very grateful to Smart Financial for hiring excellent employees who go above and beyond.
