Your loan dept was not able to obtain my Equifax credit report for a car loan.So the dealership I was dealing with was able to obtain my credit report thru Transunion and finance my vehicle thru First Community Credit Union. So to make it convenient for me I closed the Smart Financial. You all have great people working for you Great customer service very helpful staff at the North Loop West locations. Teresa made my day. She was calm and attentive and listened to my needs and gave me exactly what I needed to have better financial security while taking care of my bills. She really lifted a burden from me. She was wonderful.
