Bring back shared branches When I go to Vegas or Louisiana I have to pay for fees for using ATM. Bank of America reverse all fees when I use the ATM machines at casino. Used to be shared branches by my home on FM 1960. There is a smart financial on FM 1960 but no face to face and cant give you 10.00 or 50.00 dollars. I drive quite a distance just to go to the branch on 610 and TC Jester. I enjoy the face to face interaction with the teller.

No, there is not anything else that could be done to make my experience better.I opened my Smart Financial Accounts back in 2007 when they came to my job and have always been extremely happy to help me with whatever I needed; be it in person or over the 🤳.

It is always satisfying to do business with Smart Financial. The staff is courteous, friendly and professional every time I need to perform a transaction or to act questions regarding by account. Hat's off to Smart Financial FM 1960 and Imperial Valley. It is my favorite bank.
