Your loan dept was not able to obtain my Equifax credit report for a car loan.So the dealership I was dealing with was able to obtain my credit report thru Transunion and finance my vehicle thru First Community Credit Union. So to make it convenient for me I closed the Smart Financial. You all have great people working for you Great customer service very helpful staff at the North Loop West locations.
