I think if I could have a few more checks available up front, I could make the changes in my SS check deposits and other direct deposits done more quickly. Other than that all was done very professionally. Let's hope whomever is hacking my account won't be able to follow me.

My favorite Smart Financial Branch is on 610 North and TC Jester. Most employees are friendly, very attentive, courteous. My two favorites are Leticia and Teresa.

Mr. McDaniel my loan specialist/customer service representative has been exemplary throughout the entire process. I really appreciate the way he has kept in touch with me, and has taken the time to thoroughly explain to me how the process of transferring my auto loan from one credit union to Smart Financial. His customer service has been exemplary and I appreciate him.
