Christian Flores was so helpful through the whole process. He answered all of my questions and gave me various options for my specific situation. I would also like to highlight how friendly he was and how much of an effort he made to make sure I understood everything. This was my first time applying for a loan and I felt comfortable knowing I was in good hands the whole way. I can't think of anything that Smart Financial Credit Union could have done to make that experience any better. Great job everyone.

I was a member for over 20 years. You made a change to your accounts, which would cost me to pay monthly fees. When I turned 55 and was able to receive senior discounts, you changed the age to 65. When I called to voice my concerns, no one was willing to hear my concerns. I was told there was nothing they could do about the changes. It's a shame that your long time customers are kicked out due to changes... like our longevity didn't matter.
