Everything was fine. That was his first time doing that type of transaction so he did well. He reached out to a colleague because he did not want to make any errors with that being his first time doing that type of transaction.

Service was great!! Delilah the teller was very patient with me due to a situation that had taken place during the transaction.The SR specialist Synithia and manager Jaime went above and beyond to help me recover my drivers license that slid under the teller machine.. They were determined to help me get the license from under the machine, using tools and getting dusty from being on the floor. I truly appreciate how they showed up in my time of need. My appreciation goes to all three (Delilah, Synithia, and Jaime) for being Outstanding and Patient!! What a great team!! Thank you so very much!!

I had multiple accounts with smart financial credit union before Smart financial purchased first educators credit union. I’ve been here since the beginning. I’ve had a business account in multiple personal accounts. I’ve done loans. I’ve had a $50,000 line of credit I used Smart financial for a lot of Business. Smart financial was not business friendly as they would not provide a separate insecure access for my bookkeeper and for many years, there was frustrations that made me consider moving my business account to another bank. I don’t like big banks, but over the years, have grown to not like smart financial even more so I moved my business account to Wells Fargo at the beginning of this year. I went yesterday to close my business account to withdraw the cash, which was a small amount that I left in there. The teller was not able to give me the cash. It’s the most ridiculous thing. So I transferred the cash to another one of my accounts and then transfer the funds to my Wells Fargo account. It’s extremely frustrating. How smart financial could not do the basic things. If I wanted cash they should be able to give me cash so I will be closing my personal accounts as well because I’ve always had free checking since before Smart financial was around and for some reason it recently changed and they want to start charging my accounts. I keep large balances in my accounts when combined, and there really shouldn’t be no reason why smart finance charges me a fee when I never agreed to this, especially when I never agreed to this. You can’t change the terms and not expect to see good customers leave. You have not only lost my business account accounts my personal accounts, but you’ve lost all of my children’s accounts my wife’s other personal account and my mother’s account. I can see the writing is on the wall for smart financial and now I see the reason why smart financial will be soldto another bank.Goodbye.

ITM machines inside the Sugar Land office suck. They are VERY loud due to fan noise and the receiver is difficult to hold.
