It doesn't matter, you won't read this or make changes. Teller and manager did not want to give me MY money that I demanded. Isn't this illegal? Telling me that the machine did not have enough money than giving it to me when I called them on it. With the tele tellers, the entire lobby can hear our private transactions. This should also be illegal. Whoever set up this branch has mush for brains. Hire mature managers.

Yes, the intercom was not working so I had to use the hand held phone. It was extremely dirty. Please have these cleaned.
