Not the fault of anyone at the branch but this was actually our second attempt to open an account for our daughter. We originally stopped by on Friday and they had just recovered from a power outage. While we were waiting, a very brief, power outage (1-2 seconds) knocked things offline again. I would have figured there would be some kind of battery backup (UPS or other) especially since power outages are common in Kingwood.

I see no accommodations for handicapped people

I visited your branch recently and had a wonderful experience with one of your tellers. After finishing my transaction, he told me about the paper shredder service you had available and encouraged me to come back if I had items to shred. I returned later, and he kindly helped me shred my documents, even offering snacks and juice while I waited. His friendliness and helpful attitude really stood out, and I wanted to make sure he gets recognized for excellent customer service

Smart is doing a phenomenal job. The major banks should take lessons!
