Synth is saved the day. When I checked in, the young man sent me to the machine. I explained why I was there, he said I would be helped by the online teller. She sent me to Synthia who handled my request efficiently!

My visit was great except the machine kept rejecting one of my $100 bills. The guy sitting at the front desk had to exchange it twice before the machine would accept it.

Not the fault of anyone at the branch but this was actually our second attempt to open an account for our daughter. We originally stopped by on Friday and they had just recovered from a power outage. While we were waiting, a very brief, power outage (1-2 seconds) knocked things offline again. I would have figured there would be some kind of battery backup (UPS or other) especially since power outages are common in Kingwood.
