Don’t know what she was checking for. Did not need immediate availability of funds, so the transaction took way too long. Her microphone or the system sound kept fluctuating and I was unable to hear her at times and I had to ask her to repeat herself.Dislike your ATM outside because I have to accept the denominations it wants to give me, not what I want. If I refuse a $100 bill several times, why does it continually try to give it to me. I use $1 bills much more than $100 bills, but it limits the number I can have. HIGHLY irritating. It should also be able to recognize my language preference when I insert my card, I should not have to choose a language preference.

The staff at the Kingwood Branch location has always been extremely helpful and friendly. They have help me and my family with all our credit union issues. They are all great individuals who I appreciate for everything they do.

Virtual tellers are terrible. No privacy. phone connection inadequate. No drive-thru.
