It sounded like Joy was in a call center bullpen as I was hearing another teller talking to another member or someone else in the room talking and it made it hard to hear. I thought it was very discourteous.

Better, more updated website and a faster time for processing online transfers are needed- lag time of 3 days is ridiculous

I was in the bankto the out 7500 $ and I got just 3000 . This is limit daily .This is bank or corner store .About the phone call; another stupidity i can raise my zele more the 500 daily.

Have been locked out of my online acct. and employee at credit union was unable to help get me back on. I have been banking online for a very long time, and for some reason got locked out now for over two weeks and have not been able to get back on. Have had to go in person and still not able to unlock my acct online.
