The entire loan process was as perfect and effortless as it could have possibly been! Synithia was very professional, knowledgeable, and informative on every step of the way. She answered every question as well as suggest options that never crossed my mind. I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience or the loan I received. SFCU is and will continue to be my choice for the future!

Video tellers are ridiculous. The two employees sitting in the lobby could be live tellers. Machines are difficult to hear. Video tellers are difficult to hear. I don't want to go into a bank and have to program the sound system. No drive-thru as promised when this branch was opened. This branch is a big mess. I could never recommend it. What is there to recommend? Service charges are too high. No need to contact me because nothing will change.

Get rid of the screens and have tellers

I saw a BANKER [JOUSE LUNA] & I can't say enough GOOD THINGS about him

Nothing to improve just wasn't close to place of Residence
