Yes, the intercom was not working so I had to use the hand held phone. It was extremely dirty. Please have these cleaned.

Synth is saved the day. When I checked in, the young man sent me to the machine. I explained why I was there, he said I would be helped by the online teller. She sent me to Synthia who handled my request efficiently!

My visit was great except the machine kept rejecting one of my $100 bills. The guy sitting at the front desk had to exchange it twice before the machine would accept it.
