Video tellers are ridiculous. The two employees sitting in the lobby could be live tellers. Machines are difficult to hear. Video tellers are difficult to hear. I don't want to go into a bank and have to program the sound system. No drive-thru as promised when this branch was opened. This branch is a big mess. I could never recommend it. What is there to recommend? Service charges are too high. No need to contact me because nothing will change.
