The only issue I would like to address is that I no longer have a checking account due to fees that were charged when my paycheck was not set up for direct deposit. I would like to have the checking account reinstated without any fees. This would allow me to make my payments through the ATM instead of coming into the branch. I prefer to pay in cash and do not want the funds to be withdrawn directly from my primary banking account. Thank you.

The screen said a teller would be available in 2 minutes but it was closer to 4 minutes. David entered the wrong amount I had told him I wanted to withdraw.
