Ended membership because:1 SMART does not participate in credit union shared branching (CO-OP)2 SMART does not provide all financial needs such as Medallion Signatures3 SMART does not provide all financial needs such as Social Security debit cash "advance" to deposit into my account(Also find it odd that SMART branch had to authorize access to my account via the website)Was member 10 years ago , but seems that SMART has not kept up with members' financial needs.

She is a great person. Each time I come in she greets me by my name. We have a small conversation. I enjoy coming by and having a small chat with her.

We love having a real person in the bank lobby who takes extra special care of our needs.

The entire staff was wonderful!
