I went to Smart Financial because of a problem with a credit card transaction. I saw Mrs. Ruiz, who is my go-to contact for any problems. As usual, she was prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable. This visit, along with the very effective notice from your fraud department the afternoon before, helped me recognize the issue. I haven't had any issues with your team or branch. Thanks for helping an old guy out.

I always have a enjoyable experience when I visit te Magnolia branch.

The teller knows who I am and many others who come in. It gives you a small town feel. I love that.

Paying the car loan at this branch is good however the car loan is not so good car still hasn’t been transferred in my name and cannot get it registered and the registration ends June 30 now
