The teller knows who I am and many others who come in. It gives you a small town feel. I love that.

Paying the car loan at this branch is good however the car loan is not so good car still hasn’t been transferred in my name and cannot get it registered and the registration ends June 30 now

Lack of mobile deposit prevents from using SFCU as my primary banking, exacerbated by the fact that I can't transfer to SFCU from my other credit union. Lack of mobile check deposit seems a glaring hole in the modern banking ecosystem. Unreasonable check hold times, even with a cashier's check from another institution.
