Send all your credit denial customers to her and let her figure out the best option for them. Some of your client representatives at out of Houston locations are not qualified and/or unwilling to go the extra mile to figure out solutions for customers and/or clients.

As a long-time customer, charging me a $30 fee on a check not accepted by another is ridiculous. Really, just ridiculous.
