In my opinion, the teller conversation are extremely loud. Everyone in line , in the bank, can hear your private business transaction. When I’m taking large amounts from my account, I don’t like others hearing this from me or the teller. It can be a safety issue. This is why I have opted to only use the chat feature. However, the tellers expect you to talk and don’t know that you are typing in “chat only”. So then this teller starts repeating…can you hear me…loudly, over and over. My suggestion is to somehow alert the teller that you have clicked the “chat option” so that they won’t expect you to talk. I’m sure that the virtual teller choice saves money for the bank but there’s something to be said about “in person” and “privacy”. I also bank at Chase and I feel comfortable speaking with a face to face teller each time I go there. It’s more personable and private. Don’t mean to offend but just sharing because you asked.

Communications with members. My wait was longer because I was told on the phone that I didn’t need to make an appointment, when I inquired about it. I was told to call on day of to give the branch a heads up. I did call corporate for a heads up on the day and they didn’t relay the message for any branch not even the Pearland branch. So I waited a long time.

JJ was very understandable and very accommodating also patient with me . i did not know about the low interest, i was at the branch to talk about my mortgage late fee and he told me about the new rate and he took his time to help call my car loan bank and assisted me to request for the pay off information, he made the process so smooth for me and I was so happy that he worked with him anytime
