My experience with Smart Financial was exceptional as usual. I am always treated like I matter, no matter what I need. Raven Gray was very nice and patient with me. Being a senior that is a great attitude. We are not always treated with respect. People-Passion-Purpose I is is true at smart financial.

No. I appreciate the hassle free experience. However, when I called the customer service number to find out why my direct deposit was not a day early, the representative could not tell me anything but that it was a “privilege” the bank extended. I had to find out on my own that ACH deposits were delayed due to the Memorial Day holiday. The phone call was frustrating and not helpful at all.

Pearland has many Santana handicap members.The door needs to be automatically opened.Could use a third kiosk.Only 2 handicapped parking isn’t enough.Great staff.You should allow small gifts on special eventsDr Walker
