Well, when they closed my account for a $100 overdraft payment, I felt they should have called me. I have had that account for over 30 years and a personal contact should have been made. Obviously something was wrong for this to be overlooked, no compassion.

My salesperson, Van, was excellent. The SFCU loan officer, JJ is a God Send. JJ is very knowledgeable and did not take advantage of me, trying to sell me things he knew I didn't need. Both Van and JJ are a major asset to both Lexus and SFCU.
