Fast and was very helpful

Demonica was very knowledgeable, polite, and friendly.

Overall the service exceeds my exportations.

I have always been treated with the utmost respect.

Nothing. Rebeka, JJ, and the assistant branch manager (I didn't get her name) were very helpful. The process was taking a long time (the dealership's fault, NOT the credit union) and I was stressed about getting back to work. They were very patient and provided excellent customer service. They should be commended.

SIMPLY OUTSTANDING! If it AIN'T broke, NO need to fix it. CONTINUE THE OUTSTANDING SERVICE!

No

I would prefer not having my transactions spoken out loud.
