I think maybe a security guard. I always ask the representative to watch me get into my vehicle as jugging is on the rise.

I was very frustrated given my circumstances and the lack of ability and understanding of Smart Financial as a banking institution to manage Mortgage Loan. The customer service representative was patience and kind while trying to support my situation the best way possible.

It would be nice if there were other ways to deposit or withdraw money after hours.

Maybe provide a ATM card for just having a savings account.

I am always satisfied with Smart Financial no matter what my need is.

I went in to inquire about a loan and was greeted by a gentleman at the front desk who was very helpful and informed me that I could begin the process now. I was there to withdraw money but after that I said why not he said he would give my name to the loan officer and it was within minutes the process began and got the loan the same day beyond my expectation. Both gentlemen were very helpful and professional.
