This branch not having an ATM inside is extremely inconvenient. I currently do not have a car and had to take an Uber to the Pearland location. Because I needed to deposit money into my account to pay a charge-off, I also needed to withdraw money from another account using an ATM.Having to walk outside to use the ATM is both inconvenient and potentially unsafe. It is concerning that the branch does not consider weather conditions or the risk of customers being targeted while accessing an outdoor ATM. While walking to the ATM, I was also nearly stung by a wasp or bee.I was also dissatisfied with the service inside the branch. When I arrived, there were only two of us in the branch. I spoke with the branch manager and explained what I needed to do. He told me to have a seat and said he would work on it. After waiting for about 20 minutes, he came back and told me that I could now get in line to see the teller.This was confusing and frustrating because the line now had three people in it, including one person already at the teller. I did not understand why, after waiting for 20 minutes, I had to get in line behind people who arrived after me. When I asked the manager for clarification, he was unable to give me a clear explanation as to why I could not be helped next.Overall, the experience felt inefficient and poorly managed.

All of my visits to Smart Financial have been nothing but excellent. I have not experienced anything but courteous and great customer service and each teller always presents themselves in the most professional manner.

Don't like using tellers. Like to interact with physical people present in the bank. Think about having at least one who can help with any translation.
