Very good customer service

I am very frustrated with the teller wait times every time I visit a branch. The wait is consistently long, and I don't understand why it takes so much time for a teller to assist customers.I am looking forward to the TDECU takeover because their branches have tellers readily available to assist customers. I hope this transition will result in faster, more efficient service and a better overall banking experience.

All dominations should be accessible including $10, $50. To leave Smart Financial and have to go to a bank or grocery store to get these dominations is tough. People looking to steal can trail a client from one money establishment to the other.

I was very satisfied with my loan experience. I had an offer for a signature loan and it was honored.
