Don't like using tellers. Like to interact with physical people present in the bank. Think about having at least one who can help with any translation.

The phone for the teller did not work but she could hear me then typed the response. The staff at the actual location were very professional, efficient, inviting, knowledgeable of issues and totally satisfied my expectations and experience.
