Get rid of that Bank manager. He is lazy, rude, and unprofessional. I spent 30 minutes in line to complete my transaction with 3 people ahead of me. The line was backed up to the bathroom and he stayed in his office never came out to see what the issue was with all the line backed up as it was.. When I did finally get to the teller. It told me I had to wait another 5 minutes. It is ridiculous the set up at this location and you need an additional teller bay. I don't conduct business often on the inside but this experience has made me realize that I need to open an account with another institution. Majority of the locations have closed and there are NOT ANY convenient ATM's to use. We can no longer do services at another credit union so this is an additional inconvenience. I have only used this institution for my banking needs since I open my 1st account but this past experience has shown me that Smartcu is no longer able to complete all of my needs as they once did.
