It would be nice to have more privacy when conducting transactions. For example, customer should type in the amount of transaction or click "yes" or "no" instead of openly stating the amount.

She completely messed up the person at the window on Tuesday gave me someone else recipe and. statement and balance very bad situation with the teller on Wednesday thank you Bobbie Baker

I went in to get a cashier's check ($764.34) and also deposit $800 to replace the money in my account. Apparently, I took too long to put the money in the machine and the box closed with a couple of bills (unsure what bills) sticking partially out. The machine only counted $700, not the $800 (6=100s, 10=20s) that I deposited. DeMonica Adams gave me her card and asked that I would call to Monday to see if there an extra $100 in the machine. Please provide an option for a non-virtual teller when having multiple transactions.

I have been with this credit union under various names since the 1960s. I continue to be satisfied with the service or I would not have stayed.
