I was cheerfully greeted by my name as I walked in the door. The ladies, there are always so friendly, helpful, professional and very efficient. I always get awesome service.

I visited the branch to close my business account. I told Katrina that the LLC was inactive. Rather than inform me that I could transfer the funds to my personal account while in the branch, then close the account, she told me that she could only issue a cashiers check to the LLC. I could do NOTHING with that check. I had to return to the branch to request that the check be voided, the funds transferred to my personal account, then have a check issued to me in my name. I originally got to the branch at 9:30am. By the time I left to try to deposit the check in my current bank, spend time on the phone with customer service to find out a remedy, and return to the branch (where the young lady who greeted me was very helpful) to do all of this, then return to Wells Fargo to deposit the funds, it was 1:00pm - 3-1/2 HOURS LATER!
