That location needs the live teller service outside in the drive thru atm, having to go inside since my account doesn’t have a card, i am not allowed to use the atm in the drive thru.

The branch office that day did not have $50 bills which I needed. Wasn’t happy about that.

The delay on processing my wire was not expected. Usually they processed very timely.

Experience was great, just do not like the automated tellers in general. Guess I am old school and want that person to person interaction. No fault on your behalf, just what I prefer.
