Since my husband passed away I needed to add my son as the payable on death person on my savings account. Eustacia did some research and discovered my husband was the only member, I was just a signer. So she closed that account, opened one in my name with my son showing as POD. She was so friendly and knowledgeable and had it all completed in less time than I expected.

I have no suggestions for a more efficient process.
