I don't think you should change anything about Smart Financial Credit Union. Everyone is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and easy to talk with.I am impressed with the interactive teller machine. It is so easy to use!I would encourage anyone in the educational field to consider joining Smart Financial. They will be happy they did. Judy

Cannot register for website access. System does not recognize my inputs. Smart rep must have entered my info into system incorrectly. Now have to back to branch to correct. Frustrating.

I hate using that machine. I try my best not to go to that facility. I like to be able to talk to and hear the teller. The machine is horrible

The bank employee inside was extremely helpful in assisting me as well.

My transactions with my agent was fabulous. She was great would recommend her to anyone.

The audio wasn’t working, so I couldn’t hear Ana. She tried problem solving but finally asked me to type out my messages to her. This was in no way Ana’s fault.

I received 6 bills, but one was not accepted for deposit at my bank’s atm.

CeCe has been very kind as well as helpful whether I call or come into the bank. She treats me like a person and not just an account. Thank you!
