Experience was great, just do not like the automated tellers in general. Guess I am old school and want that person to person interaction. No fault on your behalf, just what I prefer.

Quit sending me late notices for my monthly mortgage payment when it's not late when I pay it via auto-draft every month on the 16th, which was agreed upon when I decided to move my house note to Smart Financial. I have never missed a payment and pay extra towards principal every month, thus paying off the note in half the time. Both my wife and I receive notices from S.F. four times per month. It just seems absurd that such measures are taken by S.F. to a great customer with an excellent credit rating.
