Quit sending me late notices for my monthly mortgage payment when it's not late when I pay it via auto-draft every month on the 16th, which was agreed upon when I decided to move my house note to Smart Financial. I have never missed a payment and pay extra towards principal every month, thus paying off the note in half the time. Both my wife and I receive notices from S.F. four times per month. It just seems absurd that such measures are taken by S.F. to a great customer with an excellent credit rating.

The good thing about this financial credit union is the great team work, and they’re all very professional.They make your day better than ever. My family feels so welcome anytime any day , no matter their work load weight.

I recently visited a Smart Financial Credit Union branch to obtain a cashier’s check, and the process took far longer than expected. The check did not print properly, and I was required to wait approximately 30 minutes while the issue was resolved. For a routine transaction, this delay was unacceptable and disrupted my schedule. I would appreciate improvements to ensure equipment reliability and faster resolution of technical issues in the future.
