Jennifer was professional and very knowledgeable about how to dry my transactions processed. It was quick and seamless because of her.

Quit sending me late notices for my monthly mortgage payment when it's not late when I pay it via auto-draft every month on the 16th, which was agreed upon when I decided to move my house note to Smart Financial. I have never missed a payment and pay extra towards principal every month, thus paying off the note in half the time. Both my wife and I receive notices from S.F. four times per month. It just seems absurd that such measures are taken by S.F. to a great customer with an excellent credit rating.
