I wanted to refinance my car and googled "refinanced used car with high FICO," and you all were the only local brand that resulted. From application to call to documents needed, not only did I refi the car I originally requested, but we also refied my second car (purchased on the same day) before I could drive to the branch. Everything was straightforward, and CeCe was so confident in the process.

The transaction felt very impersonal. I am a disabled person and it was physically very hard to stand there and figure things out for myself
