I would have liked for the gap insurance not to have been pushed to be on my loan when I didnt need it. Mathematically the loan after gap insurance was removed did not make sense which led us to not getting our refinance with smart financial

Overall, with machines taking over, not understanding why you have live personal working. No one greets you coming or going, One person came out with his coffee cup looked at me said nothing and looked out the windows, so what's the point of having people working. No worries I like the bank been with you guys for years it's changing times. Happy Holidays 😊
