I love SFCU and staff especially the Spring location. People are always very nice and helpful, Its like going home when I walk in. I met a rep as I walked who was very nice.

I closed my Smart accounts because I do not like the machine/teller interface and the total lack of personal (in-person human) interaction. On top of the lack of in-person assistance, the extremely limited after hours support is very problematic. This comes after having accounts at Smart since 1997. I will not be back. Furthermore, I just tried to submit this survey without clicking the box to allow it to be published externally, and it would not let me do so. So much for choice. Not at Smart.

Everything was so easy thank you, much easier than the other 2 loan apps I had with Smart.

The staff available in person and on the teller machine were extremely helpful. They actually were proactive and met my needs quickly.

Overall experience, very detailed, very professional.
