It was fabulous to walk in have Alyssa remember me and more importantly my history and be able to verbalize what I needed better than I could. So, she was extremely efficient and I loved that!

Please consider, replacing the machine with a human that can simply interact with the customer when making large cash deposits. The machine doesn’t always count the cash correctly and some cash is returned several times with the customer having to re-enter cash. Sometimes a human will finally come over and help resolve a problem with the cash that the machine will not accept, however the human will accept the cash. Problem resolved. Time waisted.
