It take so long to use those pulse machines. You have to wait for ever for a teller. Carmen was nice. You need better efficiency.

The electronic pad on the screen doesnt work wellZ

the atm machine (touch screen) at this location is broken - i tried it over the previous weekend and it was broken and happened to be by there again 3 days later during normal business hours so tried it again, still broken, no out of order sign - so i told the staff inside & they said they'd check it out - well after finishing with the automated teller and about to leave another customer was telling them that the atm didn't work and they we assuring her that it did THEY ARE WRONG - 2 different people over 3 different time periods confirmed that the atm is broken - just look at the transaction history (there won't be any because the atm is broken) why do you (Smart Financial) even bother to have staff there as they do nothing other than point you to an automated teller???? The people were polite just ineffective (this does not include the Carmen that handled the automated transaction so was fine)

Very complicated to use Zelle. Two days later as I was instructed I try to send some money and I could not find in the screen “money movements”Zelle, I had to do it through another bank.
